Anders, a Top 100 accounting firm, is excited to announce Missy Kelley has been named the firm’s first Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Anders has seen tremendous growth in recent years and was named a Fastest-Growing Firm in the country by Accounting Today and INSIDE Public Accounting. The CGO will be instrumental in driving strategic growth initiatives, overseeing expansion efforts and pursuing new opportunities for community leadership.
With an impressive track record of building and implementing strategic plans, Missy brings experience in innovation and leadership to Anders. In her previous roles in both corporate and non-profit organizations, she demonstrated the ability to lead growth-focused initiatives, identify emerging market trends and develop impactful partnerships. Missy holds an MBA from Washington University Olin Business School in St. Louis and is most well-known for her time at Downtown STL, Inc. now known as Greater St. Louis Inc., where she was a dedicated leader for downtown St. Louis and its economic growth.
Missy will work closely with leadership on implementing the firm’s strategic plan and be a key contributor to the growth efforts. “In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, we are excited to bring Missy on board and serve in a role dedicated to growth.
