John Hickenlooper as chief performance officer as well as chief of staff to the lieutenant governor. Padrino successfully led initiatives to improve government service delivery.
He worked in the private sector with the Boston Consulting Group from 2007 to 2014, including working on more than 25 projects in 10 countries and for clients in private, public and nonprofit sectors, including in technology, consumer goods, financial services and health care.
