This week the UK welcomes another year of Glastonbury – the five-day music festival like no other, where world class acts take to the stage to perform in front of hundreds of thousands of dedicated festival goers, all of whom have overcome the odds to secure themselves a ticket to one of the most famous events on the planet.
So in the spirit of Glastonbury, what better week to announce the Save the Date for our own version, a Glastonbury for accountants and bookkeepers: Xerocon London 2024.
Yes, you heard it here first. Save the date for Xerocon London, which will return next year from 12-13 June 2024, hosted at ExCeL in London’s Docklands.
The two days will provide Xero’s community of accountants and bookkeepers from across the UK, Europe, South Africa and beyond, with a chance to share achievements, and hear the latest about the platform.
Xerocon is one of the world’s most inspiring and innovative in-person events for cloud accounting leaders’, bringing together an exciting blend of industry insights, world class speakers, and networking with a community of forward-thinking peers. You can find out more about previous Xerocon events, to get an idea of what the two days have in store, and what there is to look forward to.
Past Xerocon speakers have included Olympic Cyclist Chris Hoy, astronaut Tim Peake, and business leader and investor Deborah Meaden.
In December 2022, Xero announced that from 2023, Xerocon will be held as a global event, rotating across different cities, providing more opportunities for its growing communities to connect. This year it will be hosted in Sydney (23-24 August), and in 2024 – as well as London – Xerocon will land in the US, with dates yet to be announced. And in 2025, Xerocon will make its debut in Canada and then to Australia.
More will be shared on the London 2024 two-day event, and speakers nearer the time, with tickets expected to be on sale before the end of this year. So for now, sit tight, mark your diaries and spread the word – the Glastonbury for accountants and bookkeepers is coming back to London.
